Despite its low price, one shouldn't count this panhead out. It weighs 500g and feels very sturdy and locked into any position firmly without wavering.
There are 1 locking knob and 2 handles:
1) one knob allows you to swivel the panhead 360 degree for taking panoramic shot.
2) the handle allows you to pan up or down.
3) the second handle allows you to tilt lEFt or right.
Other well known brand of the same panhead quality would have cost more than $150.
