A. Yes we are both an online store and a physical shop where you can browse around and buy off the shelf.

Q. What are your modes of payment at your shop?
A. Currently, we only accept cash, nets or bank transfer. Facility for credit card payment will be added soon in the near future.
Q. What are your modes of payment in your online store?
A. Currently, we only accept debit or credit card payment, through Paypal, as this is the most secured form of payment for debit or credit card user. We do not hold your card's information in our website in view of the security threat and breaching of information.
Q. I did not receive the complete registration email when I registered online in your website. What should I do?
A. Please check your spam box for our email. If not, we have noticed several of the affected customers are hotmail users and outlook users. So, please use a non-hotmail or non-outlook email account to register again. This worked for our affected customers!
Q. Are your products brand new and genuine?
A. Yes we only sell brand new and genuine products. We do not sell used, refurbished or display set.
Q. Can I buy just the camera body without the kit lens or vice versa?
A. Yes we can sell just the camera body without the kit lens which we can remove from the box to sell the lens separately. In this instance, we will sell the new lens as is, without box or in white or brown box that the lens originally came in.
Q. Can I order through your website and collect my order at your shop?
A. Order made through our website and paid by paypal must be strictly sent by post. This is to be in line with Paypal's seller protection policy, in which all transactions must be sent to your card's billing address and to be traceable by post. In exceptional cases, we may at our discretion allow self collection of order made through our website. Postage, if any, that was paid for will not be refunded.
Q. Are your items in stock?
A. Yes all our items in our website are in stock, ready for immediate dispatch. We do not sell what we do not have and then scurry around to find stock locally or abroad and make you wait no ends. This is not how we want to run our businesss. But there may be few and isolated cases when we may oversold a product in our shop and at our online store around the same time and we therefore seek your patience and understanding in such matter. We thrive to keep our stock updated as accurate and as fast as possible. Should an item becomes unavailable after you made your order, we will notify you via email or telephone within 1 working day and give you the option to either cancel your order or wait for our new stock (with projected date of arrival).
